Private Practice is Not Dead
Private Practice is not dead, nor will it ever die, but I personally think solo private practice is going the way of the Dodo. This primary care physician makes a great case for how to save primary care (hat tip to Kevin, MD), but you’ll notice he has a multi-doctor practice to do it.
You have to have a low overhead. So… doesn’t solo private practice have the highest overhead? And, yep, Wal-Mart doctors only have 10-20% overhead.

The fact remains that will most likely fail at even your current ventures, as your comprehension of reality is skewed at best. Sure this is your site, but it is very convenient to post and edit what comments you wish. There is no real dialogue here. It is your own jaded sense of reality. The only reason why most of us are here is because it’s a pure trainwreck that must be witnessed in person. No one is reading this site because of the value of your comments.
You can say that you won’t engage in other sites because of their “secret” nature, but EVERYONE can see that you are extremely fearful of defending your points in an environment that you cannot control.
If you are so proud and sure of your viewpoints, log into OD Wire (you have posted there before, so give the pompous act a rest) and enter into a dialogue.
Considering you gave up after a year or so of private practice, I think everyone here can see that your opinion on group practice is as about as valuable as a hole in the head.
